Enrollment for starting school in September of 2010 begins May 3, 2010.
Paperwork is available in office starting April 26, and can be turned in May 3rd.

Just come by the administrative office on Greenleaf and talk to our friendly ladies, Suzanne and Rosa, and they will help you out.

Remember to turn in your paper work as soon as possible
(You would do your own family and child a disservice by waiting).

Bring:
*Your utility bill: Gas, Water, or Electric only (no phone)
*Proof of Birth: Birth Certificate, Baptismal, or Passport
*Immunization Records.

PERMITS

SAS
School of Advanced Studies applications will be available for Grades 1 through 5. Applications show proof of a student's advanced ability through GATE testing or the signature of the child's teacher.

Work Permits*
Some years we offer a limited number of Work Permits, which allow a child to attend the school if a parent works within the school's zoned boundaries.

Child Care Permits*
Some years a limited number of Child Care Permits are offered, which allow a child to attend the school if both parents can prove full-time employment and use child-care that is located within the school's zoned boundaries.

*Both Work Permits & Child Care Permits need to be renewed each year! If you have one for this year you will need to file the application for the next school year before the end of this school year. Applications available in May.

Open Enrollment
Some years we offer a limited number of Open Enrollment permits at the school, depending on enrollment space. This lottery drawing allows outside-the boundary families to be considered inside-the-boundary, like SOES is their resident school, for as long as their child is at the school. The paperwork for this lottery is accepted starting in May, and the drawing takes place in June.
