MUSIC PROGRAM
We are extremely proud of our school's music program, led by our wonderful music teacher Mrs. Marnie (Wheeler) Rodriguez.

Every child and their class visits Mrs. Rodriguez weekly, learning music theory, music notation, and performance skills.

LAUSD provides Mrs. Rodriguez to our school one day per week, and SOPA funds her for three more days so every child can learn through her professional music instruction.

CHORUS
Mrs. Rodriguez also leads our upper grade Chorus for interested students, which meets during the school day, and performs around campus and around town at various venues.

ORCHESTRA
Parents at the school are very interested in creating an orchestral music program, similar to our voluntary Chorus offering. If you are interested in helping in this area, please contact Ann Mangini at ann@shermanoaksparents.com.

SUPER SCHOOL ELECTIVES
After school elective courses also offer different musical instruction. We have 20 new electronic piano keyboards, and other classes such as guitar and winds are offered in fee-based classes. Visit the Super School pages in the After School section for more info.
