MUSIC PROGRAM
We are extremely proud of our school's music program, led by our wonderful music teacher Mrs. Marnie (Wheeler) Rodriguez.

Every child and their class visits Mrs. Rodriguez weekly, learning music theory, music notation, music history, and performance skills.

SOPA funds her for five days a week so every child can learn through her professional music instruction.

The children learn to read and write music; creatively express through vocal and instrumental performance; learn historical and cultural context of music; critically analyze music; and make connections between music and other areas of learning.

CHORUS
Mrs. Rodriguez also leads our upper grade Chorus for interested students, which meets during the school day, and performs around campus and around town at various venues.

SUPER SCHOOL ELECTIVES
After school elective courses also offer different musical instruction. We have 20 new electronic piano keyboards, and other classes such as guitar and winds are offered in fee-based classes. Visit the Super School pages in the After School section for more info.
